Since 1988, Girls Inc. Gymnastics has provided a fun, safe, and structured atmosphere where children can learn and achieve at their own pace. The physical and mental benefits developed through gymnastics carry into academic performance, and promote the development of a balanced and healthy life while teaching hard work, perseverance, dedication, and resilience.

Girls Inc. Gymnastics offers: a girls’ competitive level program; a recreational program for girls and boys, preschool through high school; spring and summer camps; and private instruction. The Girls Inc. competitive team participates in USA Gymnastics-sanctioned meets and events. Parents are welcome to drop off their children, or stay and watch from the viewing area.

Gymnastics has definitely impacted who I am as a person. I have learned through conditioning, hard work, and long practices that teach me how to push through to achieve my goals. I am stronger emotionally because of competing (which can be pretty nerve racking!) and learning how to face my fears.
