Executive Director
Cydney Justman joined Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara as Executive Director on June 5th, 2023. With over a decade of cross-sectoral experience in global health and social impact, Cydney has focused her career on expanding access to resources and opportunities to diverse communities across the globe. She brings her experience in diplomacy, strategic initiatives, and social equity to Girls Inc. to advance its vision: powerful girls in an equitable society. Cydney is passionate about family, nature, and community, and is driven by her unwavering belief in the potential of every young person.
