Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara is pleased to announce that Teen Center Facilitator Veronica Ramirez has been asked to become a trainer for all of Girls Inc.
Earlier this summer Veronica attended the Healthy Sexuality training at the Girls Inc. National program center in Indianapolis, IN. At that training, Veronica’s talent and passion were noted by Girls Inc. National staff. She will head back to Indianapolis in August 2017 to attend the Training of Trainers seminar.
This is an honor for Veronica and for Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara as fewer than 50 Girls Inc. staff across the network (in the U.S. and in Canada) are invited to participate in the trainers seminar. Upon completion of the Training of Trainers, Veronica will lead Girls Inc. network-wide, regional, and local trainings for Girls Inc. staff.
