We are thrilled to announce that Girls Inc.’s Chief People and Culture Officer and Girls Inc. Alumnae, Tiffany Trotter, has been recognized in the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2023 Forty under 40. The IBJ Forty Under 40 Award is granted to individuals who have achieved success by demonstrating leadership, initiative and have dedicated their time to excelling in their career-related field before the age of 40. Tiffany has played a vital role in creating a healthier and more equitable workplace at Girls Inc., and we are so proud of all of her achievements.

During her time with Girls Inc. Tiffany established processes to ensure diversity, equity and wellness within the workforce. Recently, she helped launch a national partnership that provides free mental health resources, including a mental health app and coaches, to our national staff and the 100,000 girls in our program. Tiffany’s leadership has been instrumental in creating a workplace that reflects the diversity of the girls we serve, and a culture that values employees.

We are grateful for Tiffany’s commitment to leading the charge for a more inclusive workplace at Girls Inc.
